Overlap are recording a new 3 track EP, working on new videos, planning installations for next summers festivals, and waiting for daylight BFI Noise of Art: To launch Noise of Arts collaboration with the BFI, E A Duponts silent British lassic Piccadilly from 1929, starring Anna Mae Wong, was given the Overlap treatment to a nu disco soundtrack by Les Hommes du Train earlier in the year. Soon to be released on Noise of Art recordings alongside Vector Lovers and A Man called Adams rescoring of the 1912 documentaries Day in the Life of a Coal Miner and Visit to Peak Frean and cos Biscuit Works Wonderland: In June Microchunk * kicked off their summers residency at Pete Tongs new night nderland with an absorbing, multi dimensional visual world, unique bespoke graphical lightscape, stateoftheart LED beads and moving head projectors chasing images around the balcony. Overlap, Lady Pat & co took the reigns over the summer, creating a fantastic host of characters and wonderous environments to dazzle Ibizas punters.
